About Jan Pearce

Hi, my name is Jan Pearce and I am excited by the opportunity to introduce you to my Peak Pilates & Cycle Studio!

My interest in fitness first started many years ago as an aerobics instructor. After many years of training I developed a unique and innovative program using Pilates and Indoor Cycling that is not only simple to do but will also achieve maximum results.

As a mother of 3 young boys including twins, believe me, I understand the concerns and difficulties of staying in shape.

Unfortunately women have been exploited by emotive advertising campaigns promising miracle cures to achieve the ‘ideal’ body shape. We are all probably guilty of attempting one of the hundreds of diets, lotions, potions or magic machines at some time in our life. Those clever advertising gurus know what buttons to push and convince us when we are at our most vulnerable.

The good news is, with a few simple changes to your lifestyle and activity level you can meet your goals and be released from the burden of being a slave to diets and advertising campaigns!
